Senior Product Designer (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, with at least three days per week in the NYC office

Salary: $155,000–$190,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own design vision and end-to-end craft for the core patient experience across web and mobile.
• Apply and evolve the design system across multiple product surfaces.
• Partner with product and engineering to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Conduct interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with the founding designer to maintain a cohesive product experience.
• Help increase design velocity and establish a stronger foundation for a growing design team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with demonstrated impact on user experience and business outcomes.
• Experience working within a design system across more than one product surface.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
• Experience with user research, interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral analysis.
• Ability to use data and user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring junior designers.
• Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
