Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada with in-person collaboration at the Montréal office up to twice per month when required

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product design process from problem exploration through validation and delivery.
• Translate complex healthcare workflows and user needs into intuitive responsive web and mobile experiences.
• Create user flows, information architecture, interaction patterns, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Use AI-assisted tools such as Figma Make and Cursor to accelerate exploration, prototyping, iteration, research synthesis, and validation.
• Conduct interviews, usability testing, and validation activities, turning qualitative and quantitative evidence into design improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Research, and Technical Writing partners, facilitate workshops and critiques, and contribute to product direction and design quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and complex problem-solving.
• Experience designing complex B2G, B2B, or B2C SaaS products and responsive web and mobile experiences.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, prototyping, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and Design Systems.
• Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, accessibility, and inclusive design, with the ability to balance user, business, and technical needs.
• Strong AI fluency, hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools, and the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English; candidates must be authorized to work in Canada and able to attend the Montréal office up to twice per month when required.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience.
• Knowledge of WCAG/AODA accessibility standards.
