Senior Product Designer, Consumer Experience (Healthcare)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 base salary per year, plus performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead complex consumer experience design across web and mobile, from early problem framing through product launch.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear, well-reasoned design directions and use early concepts to shape product requirements.
• Partner with UX colleagues and cross-functional teams to create cohesive, efficient, and compassionate digital healthcare experiences.
• Use data, user research, and usability testing to guide design decisions and conduct research when appropriate.
• Present work to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, while identifying alternatives to product or technical constraints that harm the user experience.
• Contribute to the design system and provide specific, honest, actionable feedback to help others grow.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product problems.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile, with strong knowledge of platform-specific patterns and accessibility standards.
• Active use of AI tools for generative exploration, prototyping, or other parts of the design process.
• Experience in digital health, health tech, or another high-stakes consumer space is preferred.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
