Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and their impact on Gainsight and other customer systems.
• Map, document, implement, and improve customer success processes supporting adoption, operational effectiveness, and renewals.
• Define customer health metrics and configure health scores based on customer data.
• Prepare business process change documentation, requirements, workflows, and user stories.
• Evaluate technology solutions, recommend best-practice approaches, and collaborate with application teams on functional design.
• Support sprint planning, system configuration, enhancements, data audits, and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce and customer success solution design.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and customer success technologies, including Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Experience with process definition methodologies.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Visio or other modeling tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis for process definition, adherence monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Gong experience is preferred.
