What you will do

• Architect and document technical system designs to ensure mission requirement alignment.
• Define system communication contracts to facilitate seamless integration.
• Facilitate Engineering Review Board (ERB) sessions with leadership to influence technical excellence.
• Prepare system engineering management and integration plans, including test strategies.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or related discipline.
• 15+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Must be able to work on-site in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Nice to have

• Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe).
• Proficiency with DoDAF and Cameo architectural tools.
