Junior Business/Systems Analyst (Product Intelligence and Customer Procurement Support)

Salary: $62,546–$70,875 per year

What you will do

• Collect and compile financial data from cost estimators, billing portals, licensing dashboards, and financial systems.
• Maintain cost trackers and dashboards for assigned Enterprise Agreements, including license, cloud credit, and professional service costs.
• Prepare annual spend reports and support budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and budget-versus-actual reviews.
• Reconcile inconsistent data sources, identify discrepancies, and gather documentation for senior review.
• Track cost, schedule, and performance data for EISO Program Managers.
• Input data into cost-estimating tools and draft reports supporting cost/benefit assessments and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in data analysis, IT cost tracking, budgeting, or financial reporting.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to compare and reconcile data from disparate sources.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting business cases and variance reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Eligibility for a Tier 1 / Low Risk government background investigation is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization and dashboarding platforms.
• Interest in or exposure to enterprise IT hardware and software agreements, such as Microsoft or Oracle.
