Senior Manager - Global Business Systems

Location: Virtual, Dallas, TX, USA

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global strategy and roadmap for core business systems.
• Lead business systems analysts, architects, administrators, and technical leads.
• Oversee implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise applications.
• Manage global projects, priorities, budgets, resources, vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
• Establish governance, standards, support models, KPIs, and operational best practices.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, analytics, AI adoption, change management, and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or business technology functions.
• Experience leading global or multi-regional business systems environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to ensure reliability, scalability, security, compliance, and effective executive-level communication.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced degree in information systems, technology management, or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365, PMP, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or change management certification.
• Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
