Salesforce Product Owner

Location: Colombia — fully remote

Aquiva Consulting provides Salesforce consulting and product delivery services for clients and their end customers.

What you will do

• Act as the primary client-facing product partner and lead discovery around business objectives, success metrics, and constraints.
• Translate client needs into clear requirements connected to measurable business value.
• Define product vision and roadmap, prioritize work, and challenge scope to avoid overengineering.
• Own the Agile backlog, define acceptance criteria, and facilitate refinement, planning, and demo sessions with engineering, QA, and UX.
• Identify risks, present trade-offs, support presales and solution design, and participate in QBRs.
• Run acceptance testing and validate solutions against intended business outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Owner experience, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with Salesforce Core, Agentforce, and Data 360.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• C1 English required for client-facing communication and facilitation.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, strategic thinking, and execution focus.
• Ability to present options, trade-offs, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Product or solution experience in any industry.
• Marketing, insights, analytics, product management, or consulting experience.
• QA knowledge or prior developer experience.
• Experience with high tech, hospitality, fintech, or healthcare industries.
