Salary: $55–$60 per hour on W2

What you will do
- Consult on moderately complex Business Execution initiatives and deliverables.
- Contribute to large-scale planning and analyze complex business challenges.
- Support Agile product delivery through backlog management, user story creation, and sprint planning.
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements with stakeholders.
- Partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to define solutions.
- Ensure solution designs meet regulatory, audit, and operational risk requirements.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in Business Execution, implementation, strategic planning, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in corporate and investment banking, commercial banking, treasury management, capital markets, lending, CRM, or related financial services platforms.
- Familiarity with wholesale or institutional banking processes and lending, deal management, credit, relationship management, or operational workflows.
- Experience working in regulated financial services environments.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, enterprise architecture, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and product delivery practices.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Apps, Salesforce or nCino, Microsoft Dynamics 365, LoanIQ, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and workflow or integration platforms.
