Product Owner (SAP/Cloud)

Location: Must be based in or around the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area, Spain. Flexible working hours with the possibility to work remotely. Applicants must have the right to work in the EU.

Salary: €33,000–€40,000 gross per year, based on experience and value contribution.

What you will do

• Own product activities for SAP extension projects deployed on SAP BTP, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Understand customer needs, business processes, and connections to core business flows.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process diagrams, functional descriptions, UX flows, and prototypes.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops, discovery sessions, and process deep dives.
• Draft test cases, execute tests, and support customer user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, designers, and project managers across agile and structured delivery approaches.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience working with customers, mapping processes, and communicating requirements clearly.
• Ability to create user stories, process diagrams, prototypes, and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, backlog definition and delivery, and structured approaches such as Waterfall.
• Experience with enterprise or business systems; ERP exposure is beneficial.
• Fluent English and Spanish, EU work authorization, and residence in or around the Barcelona Metropolitan Area are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Interest in learning SAP BTP, cloud terminology, and SAP extension ecosystems.
