Product Owner (SAP)

Location: Must be based in or around the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area; flexible working hours with the possibility to work remotely.

Salary: €33,000–€40,000 gross per year, based on experience and value contribution.

What you will do

• Understand customer needs, business processes, and core business flows for SAP extension projects.
• Extract and document requirements through user stories, process diagrams, functional descriptions, and UX flows.
• Visualize product ideas with Figma, Miro, and simple prototypes.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops, discovery sessions, and process deep dives.
• Draft test cases, execute product tests, and support customer User Acceptance Testing.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, designers, and project managers while balancing agile and traditional delivery approaches.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience translating customer and business insights into user stories, process diagrams, prototypes, or functional documentation.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog definition and delivery, Agile/Scrum or Waterfall processes.
• Experience with enterprise or business systems; ERP exposure is beneficial.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn SAP BTP, cloud terminology, and SAP extension development; prior technical SAP expertise is not required.
