Senior Performance Creative (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $83,400–$166,800 annual base salary, plus potential bonus, equity, wellness allowance, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for US employees.

What you will do

• Own paid static creative for product launches, campaigns, promotions, and always-on activity.
• Concept and produce platform-native assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X.
• Create performance video and AI-generated or AI-assisted imagery across multiple formats.
• Develop culturally relevant concepts and turn successful ideas into reusable creative pillars.
• Version and localize assets across markets, languages, formats, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze creative test results and collaborate with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, compliance, and regional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of performance creative experience in a high-volume in-house team or performance agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating paid static work, full video cuts, AI-generated or AI-assisted work, and tested concepts with results where available.
• Strong layout, hierarchy, typography, composition, video, copywriting, and platform-native creative skills.
• Experience with structured creative testing and metrics including thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Advanced skills with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and generative AI video and image tools.
• Comfort working quickly within regulatory constraints and with market-specific requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, gaming, or another regulated category.
• Curiosity about investing and crypto.
• Fluency in internet and meme culture.
