Senior Content Marketer (AI)

Location: Remote, with preference for candidates near the Brooklyn, NY or California teams.

Salary: $145,000–$185,000 base salary per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Turn conversations with customers, executives, engineers, and subject-matter experts into LinkedIn posts, case studies, ebooks, campaigns, and other content.
• Translate complex manufacturing, quality, engineering, and technical concepts into clear, engaging stories for different audiences.
• Own short- and long-form writing while maintaining a distinctive and authentic brand voice.
• Develop content across the marketing funnel, from initial awareness through consideration and engagement.
• Define and build hirify.global’s content narrative, voice, and strategy from the ground up.
• Partner with Marketing and company leadership to identify and develop high-impact content opportunities.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, copywriting, or a closely related writing role.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and interviewing skills across short- and long-form content.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical topics accurately for different audiences.
• Strong understanding of audience, positioning, messaging, and the marketing funnel.
• Experience using AI writing and productivity tools thoughtfully while maintaining editorial judgment and human-written quality.
• Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating range, quality, and storytelling ability.

Nice to have

• Experience writing about technical, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or complex B2B topics.
