Operations Supervisor (Audio-Visual)

Location: Onsite work in hotels, convention centers, event venues, and warehouses; may involve multiple hotel locations, travel between venues, irregular hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call status.

Hourly pay: $20.82–$27.07.

What you will do

• Lead daily floor operations, including equipment setup, refresh, removal, and technician workflow.
• Coordinate event communications, attend venue meetings, and support operational efficiency.
• Provide onsite customer service, monitor events, and confirm that client needs and equipment setups are met.
• Train, mentor, and develop technicians while reinforcing service and operational standards.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, secure, transport, and maintain intermediate audiovisual equipment.
• Support inventory counts and ensure compliance with company safety and security procedures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of audiovisual experience required.
• 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience leading workflows and team members, with advanced problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of technical theory; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs; additional physical activities include standing, walking, bending, reaching, and operating around lifts and ladders.
• A valid driver’s license is required for positions involving company vehicles; additional DOT requirements may apply.
