Senior Manager, EVS

Location: Onsite at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Hollywood, Florida; duties are performed throughout the casino floor, guest areas, back-of-house areas, offices, and other property areas.

What you will do

• Oversee daily Environmental Services operations, including staffing, assignments, productivity, schedules, and service standards.
• Lead, coach, train, evaluate, and develop EVS team members, supervisors, and other assigned personnel.
• Establish cleaning standards, inspection procedures, schedules, quality-control programs, and corrective action plans.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, supplies, equipment, inventory, and operational expenses.
• Handle guest feedback related to cleanliness and environmental services and coordinate timely resolution.
• Evaluate cleaning processes, chemicals, equipment, automation, and technology while collaborating with Housekeeping, Facilities, Engineering, Front Office, Banquets, and other departments.

Requirements

• At least five years of management-level experience in a large-scale hospitality, hotel, casino, healthcare, or similar operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning processes, sanitation standards, chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage labor, productivity, supplies, equipment, budgets, and departmental expenses.
• Demonstrated ability to lead quality-improvement initiatives and develop action plans for guest experience, cleanliness, service, and productivity.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, listening, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Facilities Management, Environmental Services, or a related field.
• Four Diamond or higher hospitality experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, LMS, Kronos, HOT SoS, MMS, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
