Assistant Manager - Bilingual (Optical)

Salary: USD 15.50–19.34 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor profit, sales, performance goals, and store financial reports.
• Oversee eyeglass department operations, efficiency, quality standards, remakes, and policy compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate Opticians, contact lens sales associates, and other store staff.
• Support staffing forecasts, recruiting, selection, retention, and day-to-day team coordination.
• Ensure promotions, advertising, visual merchandising, and customer-service standards are implemented.
• Communicate with the General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office through required store reporting.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish in reading and speaking are required.
• Optical sales experience is required; supervising experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build effective associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, customer-service, problem-solving, and financial-report analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a store-based optical retail environment in Lakewood, Colorado.
