Document Control and ISO Coordinator (ISO 9001)

Location: Onsite in Tooele, Utah, United States. Applicants may work in or relocate to Tooele, but relocation assistance is not available. Schedule: Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour shifts starting at 6:00 AM.

Starting hourly pay: $25.48–$32.69 USD, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Maintain and administer the facility Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and applicable customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Coordinate internal process, system, and compliance audits, prepare reports, track findings, and support external and recertification audits.
• Control SOPs, work instructions, forms, policies, procedures, and quality records, including revisions, approvals, distribution, retention, and archival.
• Support corrective and preventive action processes, monitor action completion, analyze trends, and assist with root cause investigations.
• Coordinate quality-system training, document revision communications, management review data, and employee awareness activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in document control, quality systems, manufacturing administration, or a related field, including experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, independent working ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States; visa sponsorship and existing visa holders are not accepted.
• Ability and willingness to work occasional overtime and comply with safety, quality, background-check, and possible drug-screen requirements.

Nice to have

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification and experience leading internal or external certification audits.
• Five or more years supporting an ISO 9001 Quality Management System in manufacturing.
• Experience with electronic document management systems, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or advanced Excel reporting and dashboards.
• Experience driving corrective action closure, root cause analysis, audit readiness, and site-wide document control.
