Quality Management Representative (ISO 9001)

What you will do

• Manage the customer Product Quality Claims process, including investigations, tracking, trending, credits, returns, and monthly accruals.
• Coordinate ISO 9001:2015 processes, internal and external audits, management reviews, quality documentation, and specification changes.
• Issue and monitor corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurring quality issues.
• Manage vendor complaints, collect supporting data and samples, and follow up on recurring problems.
• Analyze quality data, prepare quality meeting updates, process grade deactivations, and participate in problem-solving sessions and sample inspections.
• Build customer relationships, develop technical product knowledge, and participate in onsite customer visits and occasional visits to customer facilities.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process a high volume of detailed work accurately and efficiently.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Customer-focused work experience is preferred.
• A bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred but not required.
• Previous paper industry experience and familiarity with Oracle ERP are distinct advantages.
