Document Control Specialist (Quality)

What you will do

• Maintain the electronic Quality Document Management System and its modules.
• Create and route engineering change orders for manufacturing specifications and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor manufacturing and test equipment calibration status.
• Maintain employee training requirements and records.
• Review quality standards and regulations, including ISO 13485:2016, and update QMS documents.
• Support customer and regulatory audits, failure investigations, regulatory inquiries, certifications, and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field; equivalent relevant experience may substitute.
• Previous successful work experience, preferably in a professional or technical environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
