Quality Control Inspector (Manufacturing)

Location: Fontana, California, USA; onsite production facility

Salary: $19.06–$25.73 USD per hour

What you will do

• Perform visual inspections and specified tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Compare products with drawings, blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Identify faults in materials and manufacturing processes and communicate recommendations to the supervisor.
• Complete inspection reports, logs, checklists, and other quality records.
• Operate inspection and measurement equipment and report repair needs to management.
• Conduct inspections throughout the production facility while following required safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of quality inspection experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Thorough understanding of the products or processes being inspected.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related reporting software.
