What you will do

• Consult with leaders and teams across functions to identify organizational needs and future business challenges.
• Design and deliver solutions covering organization design, strategy, team effectiveness, culture, and process optimization.
• Assess root causes, analyze organizational data, and provide insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops for senior-level line and matrix teams.
• Advise, influence, and coach senior leaders and HR partners through organizational change and effectiveness initiatives.
• Create tools and methodologies that improve organizational outcomes and expand organizational capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in internal or external consulting, organizational effectiveness, facilitation, instructional design, process design, and optimization.
• Experience influencing and collaborating globally with leaders at all levels.
• Leadership experience across multiple areas of the business.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business performance during periods of change.
• Knowledge of how leaders develop people and create high-performing teams.
