Financial Operations & Analysis Co Op (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; employees work from the office four days per week and may work remotely one day per week.

What you will do

• Update and distribute monthly revenue reports and analyses used across the firm.
• Analyze asset and revenue trends by product, client, investment style, team, and portfolio manager.
• Automate reporting with SQL, Tableau, AI tools, and Python.
• Produce portfolio manager reporting covering assets under management and revenue.
• Maintain and update relational databases and build spreadsheet models.
• Support ad hoc projects and reporting requests from finance, client, product, research, and portfolio management groups.

Requirements

• Only Northeastern University students are eligible for this program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maturity, professionalism, discretion, and willingness to learn about asset management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.

Hiring process
