Floor Supervisor (Retail)

Location: Beverly Hills, United States; onsite retail role

Salary: USD 23–27 per hour

What you will do

• Lead sales-floor operations and model exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• Guide, mentor, and motivate part-time and seasonal associates.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers with daily operations, action plans, sales targets, and KPI goals.
• Deliver personalized shopping experiences, styling advice, and professional resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain visual merchandising, product pricing, replenishment, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Support transactions, inventory tracking, shipment processing, stock organization, and loss-prevention procedures.

Requirements

• Previous retail or supervisory experience with a track record in sales and customer service.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Strong customer-service, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Positive outlook, high energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm for outdoor products and the brand.
• Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts as required by the Store Manager.
• Availability is required on Black Friday and throughout the holiday season from the second week of December until its annual end date.
