Location: Hybrid role based in New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $79,000–$127,650 base pay annually

What you will do

  • Lead enterprise projects affecting global long-term incentive equity awards, including project planning, execution, accounting guidance, financial modeling, and data analytics.
  • Prepare global financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics for accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements.
  • Complete or review annual and quarterly close reporting.
  • Perform valuation calculations for annual and monthly equity awards.
  • Analyze large datasets and implement streamlined approaches that improve processes, controls, and reporting.
  • Partner with Total Rewards, Legal, Health & Benefits, Finance teams, Fidelity, and Deloitte in a matrix environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of relevant and progressive experience.
  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Strong analytical, collaboration, project planning, time management, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Copilot.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, manage large datasets, improve processes, and operate in a matrix environment.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree.
  • CPA or CMA certification.
