Sr Financial Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning analyses across multiple business lines.
• Build Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that provide financial and operational insights.
• Use data analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and automation to improve forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Partner with finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic planning and business decisions.
• Automate recurring financial processes and present results, forecasts, and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis roles.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and data models with Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, VBA/macros, and automation techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder partnership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multiple business lines or complex organizational structures.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics, predictive forecasting, or machine learning applications in finance.
• Experience with process automation, workflow optimization, finance information systems, data governance, and reporting best practices.
