Senior Financial Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid schedule in San Francisco or Rohnert Park, California, with office attendance four times per week

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 yearly base compensation, plus bonus

What you will do

• Own key components of integrated financial models, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Develop revenue and gross margin projections and translate business inputs into financial outputs.
• Build scenario, sensitivity, and variance analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Model pricing structures, contract frameworks, and customer valuations with commercial leadership.
• Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams on operational and financial planning.
• Use AI tools and LLMs for financial analysis, data synthesis, and presentation development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, strategic planning, financial analysis, or a related area.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex financial modeling, custom valuation models, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and commitment to accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, biopharma, or healthcare technology.
• Experience leading or contributing to meetings with leadership teams.
• Comfort using AI tools and LLMs for problem-solving.
