Senior Financial Analyst (Life Sciences)

Location: US - Plainfield, Indiana

Salary: $115,000–$144,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead annual operating plans, long-range strategic planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reviews.
• Partner with SRS leaders on expense management, investments, workforce planning, organizational planning, and operational performance.
• Prepare executive reporting packages, operating reviews, earnings support analyses, and presentations for leadership.
• Improve financial processes, planning methodologies, reporting capabilities, data integrity, and system utilization.
• Optimize Oracle, OneStream, and other reporting tools while applying Lean principles and root-cause analysis.
• Lead scenario planning, profitability analyses, capital investment evaluations, cost optimization, and M&A-related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including significant experience supporting leadership.
• Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or another advanced finance certification.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Oracle ERP, OneStream, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, diagnostics, or other high-growth global organizations.
