2027 NFL Rotational Program

Location: New York, New York, United States; onsite presence is required at an NFL office or stadium location. Remote and hybrid work options are not offered. Participants may be required to relocate to another NFL office for rotations, including locations in California, Washington, DC, and New Jersey. Applicants must be legally permitted to work in the United States and have all required visas and employment authorizations before the program begins.

Salary: $72,000 per year.

What you will do

• Complete up to four project-based rotations over a two-year period.
• Contribute to assignments across departments such as communications, events, finance, football operations, international, marketing and sales, broadcasting, labor operations, and media.
• Work with cross-functional teams and adapt to different leadership styles and work environments.
• Support business priorities based on organizational needs, performance, and previous experience.
• Present work and apply analytical, planning, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
• Travel occasionally depending on rotation placement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate senior, including a student completing a fifth consecutive year, graduating between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or above and availability to begin the full-time program in July 2027.
• Legal permission to work in the United States, including all required visas and employment authorizations before the start date.
• Strong internship or prior work experience and demonstrated interest in professional sports.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, critical-thinking, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
