Summer Associate Internship (Experience Analyst)

What you will do

• Conduct research, data analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities to improve member and employee experiences.
• Support strategic initiatives by evaluating business challenges, defining success metrics, measuring outcomes, and developing data-driven recommendations.
• Analyze member journeys and collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovation and solution development.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and communications that translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Participate in workshops, stakeholder engagements, and strategy sessions supporting enterprise decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Relevant fields include business, economics, finance, data analytics, information systems, marketing, psychology, industrial engineering, human-centered design, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information, work independently and collaboratively, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Nice to have

• Interest in strategy, analytics, innovation, member experience, or organizational transformation.
• Experience developing presentations and communicating findings to diverse audiences.
