Summer Associate Internship (Mortgage Assumption Specialist)

Location: Hybrid in Pensacola, Florida, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT

Salary: $26.44–$38.70 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze mortgage assumption production, inventory, cycle times, and service-level performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with dashboards, scorecards, operational reports, presentations, and leadership recommendations.
• Document workflows and support process improvement and servicing modernization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and strengthen operational controls.
• Conduct workforce planning, capacity, productivity, and member experience analysis.
• Collaborate with Member Services, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and other cross-functional partners, and present project findings.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
• Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret data, provide recommendations, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability for a 12-week internship from May 2027 through August 2027 and hybrid work in Pensacola, Florida.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
