Annual base pay: $100,000–$115,000, prorated for the internship start and end dates

hirify.global is a global multi-manager hedge fund investing across Quant, Tactical, Fundamental Equity, and Discretionary Macro & Fixed Income strategies through internal and external portfolio manager teams.

What you will do

• Support executive routines and business-side program management for operational, technology, and strategic initiatives.
• Research and map Portfolio Manager and Analyst onboarding and offboarding journeys, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
• Maintain vendor and budget data and develop repeatable categorization and reconciliation processes.
• Build and improve presentation and educational materials for new Portfolio Managers and Analysts.
• Design tracking processes for incoming market and product questions from external Portfolio Managers.
• Document processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and transparency across the Fundamental Equity platform.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong organization, analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work independently.
• Comfort interviewing stakeholders across functions and seniority levels while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, Claude, and Confluence.
• Curiosity about hedge fund operations and interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
