Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office or on a client site; assignments may require up to 5 days per week on a client site.

Salary: $94,500–$104,475 per year

What you will do

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support client recommendations.
• Analyze customer, market, financial, and business data to identify growth opportunities.
• Support strategic recommendations and business cases through evidence-based hypotheses.
• Participate in interviews, workshops, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
• Create clear presentations and deliverables for internal and client audiences.
• Contribute analytical rigor, curiosity, and creativity to project teams and firm initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected by Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027, or equivalent recent experience through a non-traditional pathway.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with quantitative and qualitative research.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, disciplines, and seniority levels.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
• Initiative, adaptability, and commitment to inclusive teamwork.

Nice to have

• Experience with research, analytics, AI tools, coding, leadership activities, apprenticeships, work experience, or community involvement.
