Summer Associate Internship (Operations Analyst) (Digital Payments)

Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Virginia, or Pensacola, Florida, United States. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT.

Salary: $26.44–$38.70 per hour.

What you will do

• Assess the Digital Payments Operations structure against future strategies, capability roadmaps, and emerging support requirements.
• Analyze production data, industry practices, and payment trends to identify opportunities in optimization, fraud and scam mitigation, training, and workforce development.
• Evaluate business-unit dependencies and their impact on future operational design.
• Develop recommendations for team structures, shift patterns, reporting lines, and communication strategies.
• Prepare and present data-analysis and research findings to management, including senior executives.
• Participate in the team’s day-to-day strategy, analysis, and operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with anticipated graduation in December 2027 or later.
• Experience with operational research, analysis, organizational design, and process improvement.
• Experience using analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, SPSS Modeler, R, or Tableau.
• Strong strategic, operational, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, gather and analyze data, tell compelling stories, and think creatively.
• Ability to work the required hybrid schedule in Vienna, Virginia, or Pensacola, Florida, during Central Time business hours.
