Sr. Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

Salary: $76,000–$141,100 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Serve as the finance partner for the Blaine manufacturing site and develop financial plans.
• Prepare annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, financial consolidations, and scenario analyses.
• Analyze standard costs, manufacturing variances, operating expenses, capital investments, and indirect purchases.
• Support the monthly close process and communicate financial results to business partners, management, and leadership.
• Develop reporting and analysis tools, summarize conclusions, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Improve financial processes using Lean tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, manufacturing, or corporate finance.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, and OneStream XF or similar financial reporting systems.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and International Accounting Standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work flexibly under time constraints and meet deadlines.
