Sr. Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global for Business P&L from direct customer sales through contribution margin.
• Develop and maintain the long-term financial planning model, coordinating inputs from Services, Category Marketing, and Operations.
• Cascade global targets to regional finance partners and track execution against strategic goals.
• Lead pricing analytics, scenario modeling, and performance tracking for Category Marketing.
• Manage HQ-level forecast adjustments and improve forecast accuracy.
• Advise category and product management leaders through financial modeling and business cases for initiatives, product launches, and new opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Investment Banking.
• Experience supporting a B2B, hardware, or technology business is highly preferred.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including the ability to build dynamic models from scratch.
• Experience with OneStream, Hyperion Essbase, Analplan, and Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
