Manager, Project Controls

Location: Castle Rock, Colorado, United States; essential functions must be performed in a company-designated office or field location.

Salary: $76,377–$129,077 per year, paid weekly.

What you will do

• Lead project controls staff across scheduling, cost controls, change management, and claims analysis.
• Resolve complex project controls issues and serve as the escalation and decision-making point for the team.
• Oversee earned value analysis, cost management, financial forecasting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Develop standardized project controls policies, procedures, reporting protocols, and project KPI presentations.
• Develop strategies to avoid and defend claims and present analysis to management and clients.
• Lead training, Lean initiatives, system integration, and onboarding support for satellite offices.

Requirements

• At least four years of relevant experience.
• Significant experience with Oracle Primavera P6 and Bluebeam Revu.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
