Project Manager (Products)

Location: Houston, Texas; hybrid work arrangement. Travel approximately 30% with overnight stays, including short-notice travel during emergencies.

What you will do

• Manage capital and major maintenance projects for refined product facilities, terminals, pipelines, pump stations, and loading facilities.
• Define project scopes, prepare cost estimates, and establish project controls.
• Lead multidisciplinary internal and external project teams, including engineering, operations, procurement, construction, permitting, and environmental stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, schedules, documentation, and project status reporting.
• Prepare presentations and communicate project proposals, progress, and results to management, business sponsors, agencies, and public stakeholders.
• Ensure project goals are met while mitigating safety, reliability, environmental, and human impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, or another engineering discipline; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in engineering or project management preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, priorities, and schedules with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, ability to climb tank stairs and walk on uneven surfaces, and availability for extended hours and after-hours contact.
