B2B Product & Implementation (Sage 100)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end B2B implementations of integrated payment solutions in Sage 100 and other ERP environments.
• Conduct kickoffs, align scope and timelines, configure integrations, and guide clients through UAT and go-live.
• Provide technical and functional expertise on Sage 100 AR, sales invoice modules, APIs, synchronization, and payment workflows.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, maintain project and ticketing updates, and escalate blockers with clear paths to resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, QA, and Support teams on integrations, releases, presales questions, and knowledge transfer.
• Improve implementation processes, documentation, playbooks, training materials, and workflow efficiency using approved AI tools.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in Sage 100 implementation, integration consulting, or a similar technical client-facing role.
• Hands-on Sage 100 experience, including AR, Sales Invoice modules, and payment processing workflows.
• Working knowledge of APIs, payment gateways, integration workflows, and ERP synchronization processes.
• Exposure to Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite, with willingness to learn additional platforms.
• Experience with Jira, Quickbase, or similar ticketing and project management tools.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
