Project Manager (Sage Intacct)

Location: Fully remote, based anywhere in the United States; travel onsite may be required based on business and management needs.

What you will do

• Lead Sage Intacct implementation projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Manage dependencies, critical paths, scope changes, risks, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings and communication across stakeholders and international teams.
• Track project progress and metrics while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide client support, strategic recommendations, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project administration, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
