Senior IT Application Lead (ERP)

Location: United States — Hybrid (remote and in person)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, architecture, and lifecycle management of ERP and related enterprise applications.
• Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
• Manage IT application projects, including timelines, budgets, resources, governance, risks, and change control.
• Coordinate finance, operations, HR, consultants, system integrators, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead and develop application analysts, developers, and junior consultants.
• Drive application security, data governance, performance monitoring, process improvement, automation, and standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT application management, ERP consulting, or enterprise systems, including 3+ years in a lead or managerial role.
• Hands-on implementation, configuration, or support experience with a major ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Infor, or Workday.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles, budgets, resources, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, or Procurement processes.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to business audiences and business requirements to technical teams.
