NetSuite Implementation Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, or Highlands Ranch, Colorado / Jacksonville, Florida; PST/MST time zone availability preferred. Travel to client sites is required.

What you will do

• Manage project resources, timelines, scope, deliverables, budgets, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional functional consulting and technical consulting teams, including resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Manage change requests, assess their impact, negotiate scope changes, and maintain project RAID logs.
• Create project plans and cost estimates, support sales proposals, and serve as the primary customer contact for communication and escalations.
• Coordinate functional and technical specifications, unit and integration testing, go-live planning, support, and post-go-live project management.
• Identify process improvements that increase delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including experience leading cross-functional teams in a professional services environment.
• Experience managing resources, timelines, scope, customer expectations, remote teams, and virtual customer relationships.
• Project management experience with ERP implementations and ERP distribution applications; manufacturing or warehouse experience is desired.
• Ability to work in the PST/MST time zone and travel to client sites for requirements gathering and solution delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, critical-thinking, leadership, prioritization, and time-management skills.
