Maintenance Planner II - IDAP

Location: USA - OH - West Chester; onsite role

Salary: $65,000–$102,500 per year

What you will do

• Review maintenance work requests, clarify scopes, prioritize repairs, and create work instructions with duration estimates and required tools, drawings, and procedures.
• Identify, order, and kit parts; schedule and assign maintenance activities; and communicate priorities and progress.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed across all assets within the PET.
• Use the CMMS to manage work-order backlogs, asset records, equipment history, and spare-part inventory.
• Analyze recurring equipment breakdowns, improve preventive-maintenance plans, and increase equipment uptime.
• Coordinate site-shutdown repairs with Engineering, Operations, vendors, OEM suppliers, and other teams.

Requirements

• High school, vocational school, or equivalent mechanical trade school graduation.
• Experience maintaining and improving equipment performance in a regulated production environment.
• Strong leadership, relationship management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in at least one area: automation and controls, aseptic or packaging equipment, process and materials, maintenance, validation, or project delivery.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in West Chester, Ohio; visa and work-authorization sponsorship are not available.

Nice to have

• Extensive maintenance or technical documentation experience.
• CMMS experience.
• Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, TPM, or equivalent continuous-improvement methods.
• Ability to challenge and adapt existing approaches and ways of working.
