Maintenance Planner

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize preventive, predictive, routine, and outage maintenance schedules.
• Use MS Project and CMMS platforms to schedule work orders, track completion, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations, engineering, supervisors, technicians, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze maintenance history and equipment performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and scheduling improvements.
• Plan resources, tools, parts, budgets, and spare-parts inventory for maintenance operations and capital projects.
• Lead or participate in root cause analysis, reliability initiatives, safety compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability engineering.
• Experience in a supervisory capacity and ability to coach and develop maintenance professionals.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems, equipment operations, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems and scheduling software, including MS Project.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, OEM manuals, and procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
