Integration Technician I, Thrust Structure (Aerospace)

Location: Long Beach, California, United States. Onsite, first shift, Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT, with a 50-hour workweek including 10 guaranteed overtime hours.

Hiring range: $25.58–$38.37 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Assemble, test, and install flight hardware for the Terran R vehicle.
• Build and integrate thrust structures, secondary structures, fluid systems, avionics systems, and engine installations.
• Perform fastener, torque, secondary retention, testing, and bonding operations.
• Set up and operate hand, pneumatic, calibrated tools, and measuring devices.
• Collaborate with production, integration engineering, and quality teams to develop and document job operations.
• Perform critical operations while maintaining high standards of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of aerospace mechanical experience or experience in a related field.
• Experience handling flight hardware and performing critical operations in a fast-paced production environment.
• Technical experience with fastener and torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics, and bonding operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and production teams.
• Ability to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and navigate uneven surfaces.
• Ability to frequently crouch, bend, squat, kneel, and reach overhead throughout the shift.

Nice to have

• FAA Airframe and Power Plant license.
• Electromechanical build proficiency.
