Senior Advisory Solutions Consultant (AI-Powered Process Automation)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; US citizenship required. Willingness to travel up to 70% for client engagements, presentations, and field events.

Base salary: $150,000–$250,000 USD per year, with potential eligibility for a sales commission plan.

What you will do

• Drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles for the Government Acquisition Management Suite.
• Partner with Solution Sales Executives and account teams to support sales goals, pipeline health, opportunity qualification, and revenue contribution.
• Demonstrate how the solution addresses government customers’ acquisition objectives and measurable business outcomes.
• Design technical and creative business solutions, present them to executive and technical audiences, and lead strategic discussions.
• Facilitate customer roadmaps, transformation workshops, POCs, and POVs with defined success criteria and executive sponsorship.
• Build customer relationships, resolve technical concerns, and develop reusable demos, architectural blueprints, frameworks, and success stories.

Requirements

• US citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, executive engagement, and demonstrating measurable business value.
• Experience as a successful Pre-Sales Engineer or in a client-facing Professional Services or Consulting role involving sales scenarios, custom POCs, and demos.
• Strong verbal and written communication, requirements analysis, presentation, influencing, and system design skills.
• Ability to understand enterprise IT landscapes and design architectures integrating applications, data, workflow, AI, ERP, CRM, and partner solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with the federal procurement lifecycle and its common pain points.
• Familiarity with Business Process Management, low-code, or application development platforms.
• Experience with application servers, web servers, and databases in production environments.
• Technical depth for responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs.
