Contract Advisor (Real Estate)

Location: Scottsdale, AZ, United States; hybrid schedule with office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

What you will do

• Manage 30–40 files during slower periods and up to 50–60 closings per month for the Buy Before You Sell product.
• Coordinate with Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants, Processors, and internal teams to keep transactions moving.
• Verify questionnaires, title contacts, equity amounts, mortgage documents, inspections, approvals, and other required records.
• Track transaction progress through closing using the Sales App, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and internal systems.
• Answer program questions, identify missing information, and proactively follow up across communication channels.

Requirements

• Strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adjust priorities.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Slack, CRM systems, and loan processing tools.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage and real estate processes, including collaboration with Loan Officers and Processors.
• Ability to work from the Scottsdale office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
