Escrow Assistant (Real Estate)

Salary: $18.46–$24.63 per hour

What you will do

• Support the escrow process by opening orders, reviewing title commitments, and taking steps to clear title.
• Communicate with customers throughout the escrow process.
• Interpret agreements related to escrow closings.
• Provide administrative and customer support to the Escrow team.
• Use various technologies to facilitate escrow transactions and deliver a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• Professional, positive attitude and commitment to helping customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred.
