Property Analyst (Renewable Energy)

Location: Charlottesville, Virginia, USA; candidates must be willing and able to work from the headquarters

Salary: Base and bonus commensurate with experience

hirify.global develops, constructs, and operates utility-scale wind, solar, storage, distributed energy, and green fuel projects across North America.

What you will do

• Maintain an existing portfolio of land assets supporting renewable energy project development, financing, construction, and operations.
• Set up lease payments, ensure timely payment, and troubleshoot landowner payment issues.
• Input and maintain lease and agreement data in the lease-tracking database.
• Help record real estate agreements and monitor their expiration dates.
• Draft extension letters and notices as required.
• Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• At least two years of related experience.
• Knowledge of real estate contract terms and conditions.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex legal documents.
• Strong computer, math, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to work from the headquarters in Charlottesville, Virginia.

• Previous paralegal experience.
• Strong computer and math skills.
