Special Projects Project Manager (Medium Voltage Manufacturing)

Location: Brighton, Colorado, United States; on-site

Compensation: $110,000–$120,000 annually plus bonus and restricted stock units

What you will do

• Own medium-voltage manufacturing expansion programs, including scope, budget, schedule, execution, and operational handoff.
• Lead facility layout, material flow, test bay development, lifting and handling requirements, and utility infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate MV test equipment specification, procurement, commissioning, and technician qualification.
• Manage first-of-a-kind customer programs and document newly created production processes.
• Develop supplier capability through qualification, lead-time development, and dual sourcing of critical components.
• Manage capital cost models, permits, risks, executive dashboard inputs, workforce readiness, and regulatory workstreams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical equipment, construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing facility, capability, or capacity expansion and capital project delivery.
• Bachelor of Science degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of medium-voltage power distribution equipment and manufacturing and testing requirements.
• Experience managing capital budgets, long-lead procurement, cross-functional programs, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, or Primavera P6, plus Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Participation in a drug and alcohol program is required for this safety-sensitive role.

Nice to have

• Experience establishing medium-voltage switchgear or MV PDC manufacturing capability.
• Familiarity with ANSI C37.20.2, C37.20.7, and MV factory testing.
• Experience with industrialized building or modular manufacturing regulatory programs.
• Construction project delivery and manufacturing operations experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification and experience with SAP, Visual, or Acumatica.
