Project Manager - Services (Electrical Engineering)

Location: Boise, Idaho, United States; regional travel up to 25%.

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of multiple large, multi-discipline projects from proposal conception through commissioning and close-out.
• Track and stabilize projects, resolve obstacles, anticipate customer needs, and maintain delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead customer training and support for the creation, configuration, validation, installation, commissioning, and operation of automation and protection systems.
• Lead the preparation and approval of functional design specifications.
• Support proposals and collaborate with marketing, sales, application engineering, and development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Project management experience or training related to engineering construction and electrical systems, or PMP certification.
• Application experience with electric power systems, power system protection and control, integration, automation, or communications applications.
• Experience in an electrical utility, industrial plant, consulting engineering, or system integrator environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 25%.
