Procurement Manager (AI/SaaS)

hirify.global is an applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace for go-to-market teams, with AI agents supporting account strategy, prospect research, and outreach.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end procurement process, including intake, request management, approval thresholds, vendor onboarding, and cross-functional reviews.
• Lead vendor management and maintain the renewal calendar, identifying usage issues, alternatives, redundancy, savings, and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with budget owners to negotiate SaaS, AI, infrastructure, data, and services contracts.
• Benchmark pricing, structure multi-year and usage-based agreements, and create forecasts for deal planning.
• Build spend visibility, maintain vendor expense forecasts, track realized savings, and report to Finance, leadership, and budget owners.
• Evaluate procurement tools and use AI to build a procurement stack tailored to hirify.global’ needs.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
• Experience leading complex commercial negotiations across SaaS and services contracts.
• Experience building and optimizing procurement policies, processes, tools, and automation.
• Ability to read and interpret commercial contracts and order forms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, Excel, model-building, and forecasting skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI tools in Finance or Operations.
• Familiarity with procurement and spend management platforms.
